Under Feedback you can get an overview of your previous mailings and the associated interactions of the recipients. To get information about interactions, you must have integrated interactive elements, call-to-actions or forms in your eCards.
In the menu, select Mailings> View Feedback.
Use the drop-down menu on the top right to restrict the view to a specific time period. The options All Entries, Last Week, Last 2 Weeks and Last Month are available.
In the overview you will see the eCard with associated motif, the number of responses and the actions taken.
