On this page we show you which sizes and file formats we recommend for your eCards and emails. You can download the size suggestions directly, open them in your design tool and build your individual designs on them.

Formats for your emails
Each eCard is preceded by an e-mail. You can add a header and a footer image to this email, which is then displayed. In the example below you see a header image with 600x300px and a footer image with 600x80px. While the width is fixed in each case (600px), you can choose the height flexibly.

eCard: Page background (image)
You can design the page background of your eCard individually with an image or video. We recommend an image with the dimensions 1920×1080px (aspect ratio: 5/4).

eCard: Page background (video)
Analogous to the image, it is also possible to insert a video as a page background. To do this, insert a video according to the given characteristics.

Size of the eCard
The size of your card is customisable. This means: You determine the size and format yourself! Below you will find some sample sizes and formats that have proven successful in the past.
- Max. File size: 2 MB

Size of the navigation arrows
Using the arrow keys on your eCard, your recipients can unfold or change cards. You can design these elements yourself. Our eCards are each provided with matching standard arrows. However, if you have other wishes, you will find the ideal sizes below.
- Recommended size: 27x17px
- Max. File size: 2 MB

Newsflash Video
In our Newsflash template, you can insert a video to adorn either the entire card or part of it. Find out below which formats and sizes you can use to quickly and easily create your desired design.
Full screen video
If you want to insert a fullscreen video into your map, the video should correspond to the map size or scaling. The size is flexible, but please note other specifications:
- Max. Size: 10 MB
- Format: mp4
- Scaling: According to the eCard size
Frame video
Do you want to add a video to the card that only covers part of the eCard? Then you should also adapt the video to the card dimensions. While the width is fixed, you are flexible with the height. For example, if you want to insert a header video, you could choose a video size of 300x450px for a card size of 600x450px (see below).

Profile picture
You can also display your profile picture and your signature in our eCards. You can find the settings under Profile -> My Profile. We recommend 400×400 px as the size of your profile picture. You can then adjust the profile picture later in the eCard, the size or the shape of your profile picture.

Signature
You would like to add a signature to your eCard? No problem! Under Profile -> My Profile you can add a signature which you can later display in the eCard.
