With the new update you now have the possibility to use our new Live Editor, share eCards on Social Media and send Test eMails faster. In this article we summarise the new features for you and direct you to the individual tutorials.
Live-Editor
You can now use our Live Editor (WYSIWYG Editor).
To do this, open the editing mode of your eCard motif and click on the “Edit” action button of your desired localisation.
At the top left you now have the option to switch from the old editor to the new LIVE Editor. To do this, click on the button “eCard WYSIWYG Editor”.
You are now in the new editor and can follow all changes to your eCard live.
At the top left you have the option of adapting the view to the respective device. (e.g. tablet or mobile). All changes are saved with the “Save” button.
In the menu item “Settings” you have the option to deactivate the live editor. To do this, click on Administration > Settings
In the menu item “Features” you can remove the tick “Activate Beta Editor” to hide the new editor in the editing mode of your eCards.
eCard Sharing
eCards are now shareable on social media within a few clicks.
Direct sharing via the sharing button is possible for the platforms Microsoft Teams, LinkedIn, Xing, Twitter, Facebook and WhatsApp. For all other platforms, an individual sharing link can be generated.
In the menu item “Settings” you have the option to deactivate the sharing function. To do this, click on Administration > Settings
In the menu item “Features” you can remove the checkmark “Enable direct sharing” to hide the option “Share” in the menu.
Sending Test eCards
You can send a Test eCard (Test eMail) at any time to a previously defined test recipient and speed up the approval process within your team.
The test recipients are managed centrally by you and, once defined, are available for every future test mailing.
