In this guide, you will learn how to cancel your Power eCard license. We distinguish between the one-time license, which ends automatically, and the annual license, which renews unless canceled in due time.
Canceling a One-Time License
A one-time license does not require active cancellation. It automatically expires after 90 days without any action on your part. This means: No additional effort – if you don’t want to continue, the license simply runs out automatically.
Canceling an Annual License
Your annual license will renew automatically if no timely cancellation is submitted.
The cancellation must be made at least one month before expiration – either informally (by email, fax, or mail) or directly in the system.
How to cancel in the system
- Log in to your Power eCard system.
- Navigate to Account & Billing > License details & options.
- Click Cancel license at the bottom left.
- If needed, you can withdraw the cancellation at the same place.
How to Cancel Informally
If you prefer not to use the cancellation option within the system, you can also cancel your annual license by sending us a simple written notice.
Send your cancellation at least one month before the license renewal date to:
- Email: [email protected]
- Fax or mail (address in the imprint).
After receiving your cancellation, you will receive a confirmation by email.
